Head of Growth

MoreScope is looking for a Head of Growth who will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue and impact by overseeing and executing lead generation and sales activities with a focus on strategy and effective collaboration with the MoreScope team and our partners. The person we are looking for has a high degree of commercial, strategic, technical, and operational understanding. The position will work closely with the Management Team and will report directly to the CEO.

As Head of Growth, your main area of responsibility is to help the company reach our growth and sales targets. You should strive to understand the needs and ambitions of our clients and target customers, and translate this into effective growth strategies. The work will be highly data-driven and based on testing hypotheses iteratively in order to reach our targets.

As a start-up company with a mission-driven and autonomous team, we will create your job description together when you start. Examples of responsibilities are:

  • Develop growth strategy
  • Sales and business development
  • Marketing and brand-building
  • Scaling through partnerships

Formal requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian are required.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, engineering, marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 2-5 years professional experience.

We are hoping to find someone with:

  • Experience with sales, preferably with a proven track record within ESG or SaaS.
  • Analytical skills and strategic mindset: The ability to analyze data, interpret trends and patterns, and use these insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Innovation and entrepreneurial spirit: The ability to think creatively, take initiative, identify new opportunities, and drive innovation in the organization's commercial approaches.
  • Passion for sustainability issues and experience with the market for sustainability data management and insights.
