We're looking for a Sales & Growth Lead to drive revenue and impact from day one. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you’ll be doing the work, not just delegating it. Your main job is to bring in new business, own the sales pipeline, and help us reach our sales targets, while laying the foundation for a scalable growth engine.
You’ll be our first dedicated sales hire and work directly with the CEO and work closely with our commercial team. Over time, there’s real potential to grow into a Head of Growth role and build a team around you.
What you will do:
- Own the sales process: From prospecting to closing deals, you’ll manage the full sales cycle.
- Find and nurture leads: Identify potential customers and outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, or events.
- Run demos: Demonstrate detailed understanding of the software, identify customer needs and show how Morescope can help them.
- Refine our playbook: Use data and feedback to improve our messaging, pitch, and pricing.
- Test and learn: Collaborate with the team to experiment with new growth ideas and tactics.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in sales, business development, or growth, ideally in SaaS or ESG/sustainability.
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English are required.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, engineering, marketing, or related fields.
- Comfortable owning a number and working toward monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- A proactive doer who thrives in startup environments, ready to pick up the phone, try new tools, and adapt fast.
- Commercial curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow into a bigger role over time.
Nice to have:
- Background or interest in climate, ESG, or sustainability tech.
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and outbound tools.
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
