1. Navigate to the Data page and select "Upload" or "Integration" in the horisontal menu
2. Follow instructions given to you in the selected page
3. Once set up, navigate to GHG Module, enter the inventory for the relevant year and navigate to “Transactions” in the horizontal menu
4. Congratulations you are now ready to start working with your data!
1. Data is now imported into the “Pending” tab. Your job is to make sure the data is correct and make adjustments when not
2. Start with making sure the sum (visible at the bottom) seems correct. If not refer to the “Data” tab in the left menu and the “Account Settings” page to see and adjust which data is imported. If you find single transactions/suppliers that should be excluded use the exclude button
3. Make sure the sector, country and emission categories per supplier is correct, you will need to know what you buy from the suppliers. Bringing a person that knows what is purchased could be helpful. Change the parameters by using the drop-down menu. PS. you can filter on unsure matches by using the buttons in the top right corner
4. Once happy with the transactions approve them and they flow into the “Approved” page. Your emissions overview is now populated with a spend estimate and you can start adding activity data
5. Activity data is added under each scope category, for Basic Carbon accounting Scope 1 and Scope 2 has extended functionality for this. Enter the relevant scope, add a new emission source, add your data and chose an emission factor. Make sure you add the relevant transaction to the emission source to avoid double counting.
