New features:
With this release there are a lot of smaller improvements and fixes, here are some of them:
Supplier mathing - Improved Supplier Classification
We’ve upgraded our supplier classification system to deliver more accurate results, including an AI agent network for both validating and classifying suppliers for different markets. This update significantly improves the accuracy of suggested supplier regions and industries, and also prepare us for a future of more supplier-specific data and matching on EPDs and product passes.
And don't worry, we will not touch any of you existing supplier matching, ensuring that the work you have done last year will be remember the next time we gat data from your supplier.
Tip: If you have mostly Norwegian suppliers, make sure your region is set to Norway in Company Settings for the best results, as this set "Brønnøysungregistrene" with a higher matching score.
Supplier matching - Change supplier
However, supplier matching is not always perfect, and we realise that it never will be. Have you noted that the suppliers you have uploaded, either through an integration or file upload, appears as green, orange or red? This is the match percentage of the supplier mapping, but untill now you could not do anything about that. If you needed to correct that, you either needed to change the name in your accounting system and re-upload, or contact support to make us fix it. Finally, now you can approve or adjust this yourself!
A practical example: You have uploaded your financial data to Morescope an notice a red supplier name match in your carbon accounting: Morescope AS. Upon further investigation, you see that in your accounting system, the supplier is registered under another name, "XIQ AS" (which indeed is our previous name, before 2022). Our model however, is smart enough to pick up that name change and find the real supplier, "MORESCOPE AS", but still marks the name match as poor, as "XIQ" does not resemble "MORESCOPE" at all. In this case, just simply approve the supplier name match by re-selecting the supplier the model found. The supplier name will go from red toblue (user set)

However, our algorithm may also do the wrong assumptions. Here, for example, you did apurchase from the energy company "LOS AS", but our algorithm found another company, "LOS & CO AS", an advertising agency. The emission calculation is obviously then also using a wrong sector. Luckily, we have market it as an orange match, making you identify the outlier and fix it. Simply click the "Original supplier name" to reach our registers for suppliers that matches that name. Here, you can either select suppliers from thet list or manually create a new supplier, with your preferred sector, country and organisation number.

Another highly requested feature is the possibility to set up a custom integration with Morescope, and now you can! As documented here, you now have a possability to send all of your existing data to Morescope, both financial and activity data. This gives you all controll of the the granularity and accuracy of your data, with the power and insight the Morescope platform can provide!
We can finally announche the addition of three highly requested integrations. As you may see, we are now focusing more on systems outside the Norwegian border, placing ourself in a dominant position also in Sweden and Denmark, now led by our new collegues in Position Green!
We're excited to announce new updates that addresses key concerns and introduces significant improvements.
Supplier Location Management
You can now edit and update supplier locations directly within the system, giving you greater flexibility in managing your supplier data.
Enhanced News Filtering & Management
Previous approach: News articles were automatically filtered based on existing risks in the system, which inadvertently excluded valuable information.
New approach:
Improved ILO Data Handling
We've identified data quality issues with ILO (International Labour Organization) datasets, particularly for regions including Denmark, Germany, and France.
Changes:
Expanded AI Assessment Coverage
Coverage increase: Increased the accuracy and amount of companies our AI can process
Why this matters: Web searches powered by language models provide significantly more accurate risk scoring compared to sector and geography-based scoring alone.
Improved transparency: Risk scores will now clearly indicate their source:
Currency coverage
We have added currency selector button in supplier overview in ESG Due Diligence, allowing users to choose their preferred display currency with proper exchange rate conversion
